This binding is really very light (only 200 g per binding) and can be used by skiers of all levels thanks also to the adjustable heel lift with the pole on three heights. As for the release values, you will find a fixed front DIN at 8 while the lateral one adjustable from 4 to 10. Not least important is that the heel is fixed on a plate that can slide up to 25 mm back and forth.
